Fresh snow & cold temperatures in Alpe d'Huez
The sun has come out after a good powder top-up
Temperatures are very cold in Alpe d'Huez these days, perfect to keep the 40-50cm of snow that just fell down powdery and fresh!
There are currently 190cm of snow on the lower slopes and 250cm on Pic Blanc (3300m). The conditions are great on the slopes, although the avalanche risk is quite high.
The forecast is saying that temperatures will rise slightly towards the weekend, and more snow will fall.
