Discover the untracked powder of the Alpe d'Huez mountains with your own guide. ESF Alpe d'Huez offers qualified and experienced mountain guides for all standards of skiers and snowboarders.

If you are comfortable with pistes and want to experience more, their instructors can introduce you to off-piste skiing. They will take you to accessible areas where you can practice turning in powder and learn to enjoy the new sensation of freedom that it brings.

More experienced skiers and snowboarders will enjoy being taken to places that only ESF know about - stunning views, untouched couloirs, hidden powder stashes - they have all the local knowledge to find what you want.

Off-piste lessons take place between 09:00 and 11:45 daily, and take a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8 per instructor. Lessons are also available for groups of teenagers with a minimum group size of 4 and a maximum of 8.

ESF can also arrange other activities such as snowshoe hikes and cross-country skiing, great ways to enjoy the scenery of Alpe d'Huez. Both techniques are easy to learn and only require a basic level of fitness, making them perfect for families and mixed groups.
