From winter 2007/2008, all Alpe dHuez lift passes operate on a hands-free system which automatically detects and scans your lift pass as you approach the lift turnstiles. The hands free card is obtained online or from the cash desk in resort, for a 2 refundable deposit. It can be recharged online for subsequent visits meaning you dont need to wait in line. For day passes, there is also a disposable (recyclable) hands free pass available with no deposit required. The Alpe d'Huez ski pass includes access to the whole of the Grandes Rousses. |
